How do I care for leggings?

Wash in cold water on the gentle cycle or in a lingerie bag. Hang to dry.

 

Can I return my item if it doesn’t fit properly?

Definitely. No hassle return policy for unworn and unwashed item for 30 days after purchase except Clearance items. Clearance items are final sale.

 

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at business@luxquisite.ca. We process orders as quickly as possible, sometimes within 2 hours. Once we have shipped your item we cannot make changes to it.

 

I’m unsure about a size or I have a question about how a piece of clothing fits. How do I find this information?

We order from a number of suppliers so different items may fit differently. If an item fits true to size, we generally don’t comment on it. However, if it fits large or small we typically add that information to the description of the item. Check there first but feel free to contact with questions as well. When will my order ship?

Everything on the website is in stock in Saskatoon. Most orders ship next day, Monday through Friday. We do not typically ship on weekends or holidays.

 

I received a Luxquisite Clothing Gift Card. How do I use it?

During checkout in the Order Summary section you will see: “Have a discount code? Click here to enter it.”

Do you have a store location or somewhere I can try on Luxquisite Clothing’s items?

We do not have a storefront or physical location to try on our clothes. Check our Pop Ups section on the website to see where we may be taking our inventory. We offer free shipping and hassle-free returns so you can try on our clothes in the comfort of your own home!
